Waist Trainer Size Chart/Guide
MEASURE the smallest part of your waist.
Don't guess, get a measuring tape and measure!
After you measure your waist, refer to the chart under waist measurement on the far right and find where you measurement falls in order to determine your best size (if there is a decimal in your measurement round up to the next number.)
Note: If your hips are 2 inches or more wider than your waist please go the next size up!
For Example: DSC Beauty has a waist measurement of 28 inches and her hips are 34 inches, according to our size chart we would recommend a size (S).
